WFUT goes international
The latest WFUT (WorldForge Update Tool) now supports internationalisation for the GUI components. WFUT is a small Java application that downloads updated files from a normal webserver. It is currently used by Sear to keep its media up to date, and hosts the nightly CVS builds of Sear for Linux and Windows platforms.
Currently en_GB and de_DE locales are supported. I am open to contributions for other locales. The en_GB properties file can be found here and can be used as a template for other locales.
The latest version of WFUT can always be accessed through Java Web Start at http://white.worldforge.org/downloads/WFUT/wfut.jnlp.
WFUT is compiled using Sun Java 1.4.2, but also works under latest GNU Java versions, however the GUI is not 100% functional.
