The upcoming Cyphesis release will contain a ton of new features and fixes. Not all of these are graphical in nature and easy to demo. However, the improvements to how plants grow, and how that affects any terrain area attached to them, are easily shown.
The following screenshot shows how any area attached to a plant now is scaled along with the plant. This fixes a long standing issue with the size of the area being static. The result of this was that even very small trees would have huge terrain areas attached to them.
Not so anymore.
